Chef Trisha Williams:
Trisha is a 2008 graduate of La Cordon Bleu School in Minneapolis, MN. She comes to us with great experience. While interning at the Murray’s Steak House in Downtown Minneapolis, she learned many things about steaks and more. She has a much extended menu for central Minnesota, not only burgers, but steaks, lobsters and more. She adds new menu items weekly. Trisha and her husband both live in Paynesville, and she is our daughter.
